Pray for WNC Presbytery´s Education Study Trip in Guatemala

Four women from our Presbytery and four women from Guatemalan partner churches will be traveling in Guatemala, August 3 – 11, learning about the realities of education there and reflecting on how together we can support educational efforts in our partner presbyteries. Education has been a priority since our partnership began some twenty years ago.  Scholarships have been provided for primary, secondary and theological studies.  This Education Study Trip is a new and exciting venture to reflect upon where and how together – those of us in Western North Carolina and our Guatemalan brothers and sisters – can best address the educational needs in Guatemala.  We covet your prayers as the women prepare for this trip and during the trip itself.
