Sandra
Dykes shares that she recently heard from Victor Solano, who stayed
with the Dykes family in 2011 when the Jerusalem Church delegation
visited GCPC. Victor writes that his health is very good these days and
he has a new job with the city of Coatepeque. He attributes his
recovery and employment to God and the prayers of his church and those
of Grace Covenant. He says the people of Jerusalem Church continue to
pray for our church, its families, and our nation.
Victor concludes his letter with "Sigamos
confiando en nuestro Señor Jesús, que el nos librará de la aflicción
mundial. 'EN EL MUNDO TENDRAS AFLICCION, PERO CONFIAD EN MI' es una
poderosa promesa del Señor Jesús para su iglesia." / We continue to
trust in our Lord Jesus, who will free us from worldly affliction. 'IN
THIS WORLD YOU WILL HAVE AFFLICTION, BUT TRUST IN MI' is a powerful
promise of the Lord Jesus for his church."
